Terms & Condition

• The customer will be deemed to have received, inspected and accepted goods as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless written notice of any shortage is received by Earth Stona of any goods supplied within 24 hours from the date of receipt. Misalignment of some pieces on each sheet must be assumed as an intrinsic characteristic of this product and no claims will be honored for this reason. No claim whatsoever will be accepted after installation.
• Custom orders or special orders of non-stocked products are final sale and cannot be returned. Deposits or payments on such orders are non-refundable.
• As Stones are heavier, they get moved from the back support mesh, it can be installed using adhesive.
• Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Please read the installation instructions printed on the box or inside the box or you can view installation video on our website.
• As Process of delivery may take more time than expected. Earth Stona is not responsible for any delay.
• All trademarks, service marks and trade names used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies. Images used are only for reference purposes only.

Cladding Stones

• Cladding stones are fragile material and 10% of damage is common, however it can be cut and re used.
• We recommending wastage of 5-10% in the actual required Quantity.
• Lay down all the material on floor and make sure the variation is properly distributed before actual installation.
• We recommend using proper adhesive for the cladding stone; you can call our executive for more assistance.
• Please read the installation instruction printed on the box or inside the box.
• Earth Stona helps its buyers with the installation assistance;
• Natural stone tiles will naturally flake. For 2-3 months after installation, small pieces may flake off the tiles. This is called "spalling," and is a natural process that occurs as the stone tiles acclimate to a new environment. Lightly sweep the flakes from the surface to help release any chips. The spalling will stop once the stone tiles have settled.
• Cleaning :Wash the tiles as needed using a mild liquid dish detergent mixed with warm water. A soft brush may help remove debris. Rinse the stone tiles with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. If you need a more aggressive cleaner, use a stone cleaner available at any home center. Do not use cleaners that contain lemon or vinegar, as these ingredients can cause etching.

Brick Cladding

• Brick Cladding are very fragile as they are thin compared to other stones. 10-15% bricks get damaged in transit. We request you to add extra quantities accordingly.
• We recommend to use spacers while installation to achieve required look.
• Please read the installation instruction printed on the box or inside the box.
• Grouting as to be used accordingly and cleaned immediately.
• We recommend applying Stone Impregnator for enhanced look.

Stone Basins

• Display items are a representation of a final products and can vary in shading and veining from time to time.
• The natural look of the stone sourced in the previous year will slightly change the color, veins, texture and appearance. The colors illustrated on the website or catalogue should be used as reference only, not as the final expectation.
• To ensure Earth Stona Basins performs and gives many years of use, please follow these recommendations carefully, as any damages resulting from poor maintenance are not covered under the warranty.
• Among the characteristics of natural stones are the presence of various veins, color, shades, as well as micro cracks and pin holes. They are the part of micro cracks
• Since the products are artisan realizations made od natural stones, it is very likely that there are nuances of the shades as well as various weight and dimensions between pieces. Each piece of stone is unique and will slightly differ in look and color.
• Most products can be cleaned with warm water, a mild soap and a clean soft cloth.
• It is not required to use any abrasive cleaning pads, wire wool or micro-fiber cloths to clean the product. Avoid a vigorous cleaning action.
• Abrasive or strong cleaning products containing ammonia, bleaches, alcohol, dyes, acids (hydrochloric, formic, phosphorus, chlorine or acetic) will be detrimental to the product finish.
• If using a spray cleaner, apply the cleaning agent onto a soft cloth, never directly spray onto the product as the cleaner may enter gaps and openings and cause damage.
• Residues of toiletries such as liquid soaps, shower gels, shampoos, hair dyes, perfumes, lipstick, after shave and nail varnish can also cause damage, carefully clean these using the methods above.
• If a specialized cleaner is required, always follow the instructions provided on the cleaning product, this would include application and dosage.
• Always test the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous area before applying to the whole surface, do not allow the cleaner to remain on the product for an extended period of time. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Ensure that specialized cleaners are only applied to the specific area and do not come into contact with other materials that could be affected by it.
• We would not recommend the mixing of different cleaning agents. After cleaning, dry with a soft cloth.

General

By accessing or purchasing from EarthStona, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Products

EarthStona deals in natural stone products, including:

• Stone wall carving
• Stone wall cladding
• Stone murals

Natural stone may have variations in color, texture, grains, and finish. These are natural characteristics and not defects.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after advance payment.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be altered once production begins.

Customization

All customized designs, sizes, finishes, and carvings are manufactured as per customer approval. No changes are allowed after confirmation.

Installation Responsibility

Unless expressly agreed in writing, EarthStona supplies material only. Installation, fixing, chemical treatment, and site conditions are the responsibility of the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

EarthStona shall not be liable for:

• Improper installation
• Site-related issues
• Color variation due to lighting or natural stone behavior
• Damage caused after delivery

3. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns

• Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Original invoice and packaging are mandatory
• Material should be kept at covered place without in touch with water. 

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Installed or used materials
• Products damaged due to handling, transport, or fixing by buyer

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Color variation, texture difference, or minor surface irregularities are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Claims after this period will not be accepted
• Inspection by EarthStona is mandatory before approval

Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Transportation and handling charges are non-refundable

Cancellations

• Orders once confirmed and sent for production cannot be cancelled
• Advance payments are non-refundable

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Dispatch

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• EarthStona is not responsible for delays caused by transporters, weather, or force majeure events

Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched from our factory/warehouse.

Unloading

Unloading at site is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
